Step 1: Consultation
You will schedule a consultation with us so we can better understand the project scope, goals, timeline, and budget. We will then collectively determine if our expertise is a good fit for your project.
We will clarify the design services required to realize your project, identify stakeholder expectations, and agree on a project fee. You will sign the contract and pay the non-refundable deposit.
Step 2: Agreement
Step 3: Design
We will use our expertise to create a design that incorporates your goals, values, and practices. At the completion of design, we will issue our documents to your selected General Contractor for construction.
